Sports Camps, Veggies and Mommas

Happy Weekend, and Happy May! How is that even possible! May is one of my favorite months of the year. One, it's when Jake and I got married almost 5 years ago (🤯). Two, I love the weather this time of year, everything in Arkansas is so green and blossomed! Three, so close to summer time: lake days, pool parties, evening fires with smores, camping, and vacations are on the horizon! I hope you all had a great week, let's get into this week's Saturday Six!

THE HOME EDIT

YOUR WEEKLY DOSE OF QUICK AND EASY HOME TIPS.

With Mother’s Day coming next weekend, this week’s Home Edit is all about memory-making. The most meaningful homes usually aren’t the most perfect, they’re the ones filled with laughter, traditions, and moments people remember forever. This week, do one small thing to create a memory at home: cook breakfast together, plant flowers, pull out old family photos, set the table for a special dinner, or have a movie night in the living room. Sometimes the best updates to a home aren’t renovations, they’re the memories made inside it. 💐

FIVE

THE POCKET CHANGE

YOUR WEEKLY TIP TOWARDS FINANCIAL GROWTH.

Mother’s Day is a great reminder that thoughtful doesn’t have to mean expensive. Some of the sweetest gifts are simple, personal, and budget-friendly. Think framed family photos, a handwritten letter, fresh flowers, breakfast at home, her favorite coffee, or a candle paired with quiet time. You don’t have to overspend to make someone feel deeply appreciated—sometimes the most meaningful gifts cost the least.

*Please always consult with your accountant or financial advisers before making any significant financial decisions.

SIX

THE EXTRA CREDIT

A BONUS THOUGHT, FACT, INSPIRATION OR IDEA TO WRAP UP THE SIX.

In honor of Mother's Day next weekend, I spent some time this week working on goodies that I'm going to be passing out to my clients! I think that this phrase is so true: There are two people you need in life, your mom and a good realtor!
